Sideloader for Nook Tablet

The Nook Tablet must be in software version 1.4.0 (this will not work for 1.4.1)
Go here: http://comptonsoft.com/test/
Click on the first item app-menu.apk
It will be downloaded. Look at the lower left corner of the screen.
Click on the downloaded file. Select – Package installer.
You will get a screen that says the application was blocked. Select “settings”.
You are now in the hidden menu!!!
In my experience – I had to keep the wi-fi switched on till the app-menu.apk was installed.
